I designed and delivered high-throughput analytics pipelines to capture, process, and analyze agent performance metrics and sales interactions at massive scale. These pipelines powered the Agent Hub—a real-time analytics and coaching dashboard that gave agents immediate visibility into their performance, lead effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI).

The platform transformed raw interaction data into actionable intelligence, enabling data-driven decision-making for both agents and the business.

Data Ingestion & Processing Architecture

The analytics platform was architected to handle terabytes of data generated by voice calls, SMS messages, lead interactions, and public real estate records.

Key components included: • Streaming ingestion of interaction events from communication and lead systems • Batch ingestion of public records and historical transaction data • Event normalization and enrichment pipelines to standardize disparate data sources • Fault-tolerant processing with replay capabilities for data recovery and backfills

This architecture ensured reliable, near real-time data availability despite high volume and velocity.
