As Lead Programmer at The GDR Group, I spearheaded the modernization of development operations (DevOps) for enterprise clients. I introduced Git-based source control, automated testing frameworks, and continuous integration pipelines, moving the organization away from fragile FTP-based deployments to robust Agile engineering practices.
