I oversee a platform ecosystem facilitating a transaction every 13 minutes and serving over 250,000 investors. My mandate includes the modernization of core systems and the scaling of a digital marketplace. I have led the organization through a digital transformation, shifting from legacy processes to a tech-enabled operating model that expands US housing inventory by nearly 8,000+ units annually.
